My boyfriend has recently started to snore a lot. It seems that only happen when you sleep on your back, but get to the point where it forces me to stay the night. I wonder what causes snoring. I would like to know if anyone has any home remedies that can reduce (and, if not, let me know which medicines, nasal strips, etc. worked for you).
