Credit Card Write Off Has Anyone Ever Heard Anything About Credit Card Companies Writing Off Debt Due To New Laws?

Has anyone ever heard anything about credit card companies writing off debt due to new laws? - credit card write off

Some companies on the Internet that say they can not get credit card debt legally aborted due to changes in the law on consumer credit, credit apparenty people would not take place. It would not be in a management issue debt, fully solvert Indidual do this, it sounds like a scam to me, anyone know anyhting about this?

If something seems too good to be true is usually a type of fraud, or you end up paying more than it already is.

have not heard. The law may adopt their debts by government legislation. They add all the debts as a whole and not just their credit cards. Then blacklist! not receive recognition for 10 years, no catalogs or nothing. unless the debt really bad, I suggest that his life was destroyed.

I've heard, and seems to be, is a hoax. Especially if you pay for their "information." If the tests of web pages, make sure that (at least one full postal address not a PO Box) on its website (it's illegal, if it does not).

It is a fraud, credit card companies and banks have used to leave anyone out of debt. I have experience first hand how the bank can take care of their primary, ruthless, they are vicious!
